All digital products and services offered on this website are considered final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Downloadable guides and self-help materials
• Digital files and resources
• Phone consultations
• Coaching sessions
• Advisory or mentorship services

Age Requirement & Payment Authorization

Coaching sessions with Peaceful Concepts are available only to clients 18 years of age or older. By booking a session, the client confirms that they meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into a coaching agreement.  

If a minor uses a parent or guardian's payment method without permission Peaceful Concepts is not liable for any unauthorized use of funds.  

By completing a booking, the client (or cardholder) confirms that they are the authorized user of the payment method and accept full responsibility for the transaction. 

No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access and non-returnable nature of digital content and services:

• All sales are final
• No refunds will be issued
• No exchanges or cancellations are permitted once access has been granted, or a session has been booked
